On Sunday, June 28, 2009, OtherSpace officially turns 11 years old!
Our original-theme space opera MUSH got its start before the first player ever logged onto World of Warcraft, survived the coming of the great MMORPG uprising, and continues to charge forward into the evolution of the epic saga shared by players from around the world.
The game underwent a major theme shift in January as players from the old OtherSpace, OtherSpace: Millennium, and Chiaroscuro were flung together aboard a sentient starship named Comorro in the realm known as Hiverspace. So, if you were interested in OtherSpace back in the day but felt the story was just too deep to dive into, it's a good time to reconsider.
It's especially good right now because we offer some easy intro-to-the-game characters each month, such as 21st Century humans, Roanoke colonists, Revolutionary War soldiers, and even pilots from the old Flight 19 squadron who are caught in time-space rifts and dropped aboard Comorro. Just ask for help on the Newbie channel and we can work on getting you set up!
